Donation information · One-off contributions
DONATIONS & REFUNDS
Thank you for supporting Link Up & Live CIC.
Your donation is a voluntary, one-off contribution towards our youth and community work. It is not payment for goods, services or a guaranteed workshop place.
Unless we expressly state otherwise, donations support our overall community purpose, including developing and delivering activities, equipment, venue costs and associated running costs. Programme dates and venues remain subject to confirmation.
We do not normally refund donations simply because a donor changes their mind. However, if you believe a payment was made in error, duplicated or without your authorisation, please contact info@linkupandlive.org promptly so we can investigate.
Please include the donation date, amount and payment reference. Do not email your full card details. Any approved refund will normally be returned through the original payment method.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law or your card provider’s rules.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Processing fees are deducted from donations. We do not collect or store your full card details on this website. Stripe handles payment information; authorised Link Up & Live CIC staff can access donation records, including contact details provided at checkout, to administer payments and refunds. Donation contact details will not automatically be added to a marketing list.
